SkillSyncer
The Skillsyncer website lets you upload or paste in your resume and a job description and lets you see how well your your resume matches keywords in the job description. It can be a great tool if you know how to use it effectively.
Getting Started
If you’re only going to scan one or two resumes, you should use the free version, which gives you one scan per week. But if you’re going to be scanning your resume and comparing it to many different jobs, you’ll want to sign up for paid premium access. Skillsyncer offers a free year of premium access to anyone with a .edu email address.
ArtCenter alumni can request an @alumni.artcenter.edu email address from the AlumNetwork at alumni@artcenter.edu.
